Description Senior Robot Programmer (ABB/KUKA) Senior freelance robot programmer with extensive experience in programming, optimizing, and commissioning robot systems from KUKA, ABB, and Panasonic for complex industrial manufacturing processes. Duties & Responsibilities: Programming robot systems at the user and expert levels Implementation and optimization of applications in: Handling Welding Plasma cutting Palletizing Adhesive bonding Joining Milling Injection molding Program optimization and cycle time analysis Adaptation of existing programs to new products and processes Creation and optimization of welding parameters Fieldbus connectivity and integration of peripheral devices Commissioning of external axes Integration of optical systems Assembly and commissioning of complete systems Conducting analysis and feasibility studies Conducting in-house training and hands-on instruction Qualifications: Extensive experience in robot programming for KUKA and ABB Expert knowledge of industrial manufacturing and automation processes Experience in the integration of complex peripheral and fieldbus systems Expertise in external axis control and optical systems Solid knowledge of process analysis, cycle time optimization, and feasibility assessments Experience in assembly, system commissioning, and production support Strong training and communication skills Interested?
