Terms of Use

Automacer is operated by Kalman Control UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Kastanienstraße 5, 47269 Duisburg, Germany. Users must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. The service is intended for professional and business-related use.

Users must provide accurate, current information, protect their login details and promptly report misuse. Company and specialist verification is a limited review of submitted information; it is not a certification, endorsement or guarantee of identity, qualifications, solvency or performance.

Automacer provides a technical marketplace and may actively introduce specialists and companies. Unless separately agreed in writing, Kalman Control UG is not the employer, recruitment agency, contractor, representative, payment provider or party to any agreement between users. No project, response, introduction, engagement, payment or commercial result is guaranteed.

Users must independently check identities, qualifications, references, project scope, safety requirements and contractual terms. They remain responsible for contracts, payment, taxes, social insurance, employment classification, work permits, insurance, export-control and sanctions compliance, professional rules and all technical decisions.

Users may publish only lawful content they are entitled to use. Forum questions, answers and public display names are visible to everyone, including unregistered visitors. Users remain responsible for their contributions and must independently verify technical advice before relying on it.

Users must not upload confidential plant or customer information, access credentials, malware, undisclosed vulnerabilities, trade secrets, discriminatory or misleading material, copyrighted documents without permission, or third-party personal data without authority.

Users retain their rights in their content and grant Kalman Control UG a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, moderate and publicly display it only as needed to operate and promote Automacer. Content may be reported, locked, hidden or removed for safety, legal compliance or rule enforcement. Reports may be submitted in the forum or sent to info@automacer.com.

Users must not scrape the service, bypass access controls, impersonate others, manipulate verification, send unsolicited bulk messages, interfere with security or use Automacer for unlawful activity. We may restrict, suspend or delete accounts or content where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or a material breach.

The service may change or be temporarily unavailable. Information supplied by users is not independently guaranteed. Kalman Control UG has unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, guarantees, product liability and any other liability that cannot legally be limited.

For ordinary negligence, Kalman Control UG is liable only for breach of a material contractual duty and only for foreseeable damage typical of this agreement. Otherwise liability for ordinary negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Users remain responsible under applicable law for damage and justified third-party claims caused by their unlawful content or conduct.

Users may request account deletion. Data may still be retained where required by law, for security, unresolved transactions or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Provisions that by their nature continue after termination remain effective.

German law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections. Duisburg is the agreed venue only for merchants, legal entities under public law or users without a general German venue where legally permitted. Material term changes will be communicated; renewed acceptance will be requested where necessary.
