Rhine Automation Group needs a PLC programmer to complete software for a packaging machine project heading into FAT. Work includes S7-1500 logic, HMI faceplates, PROFINET device integration and close collaboration with mechanical and electrical designers in Düsseldorf.
Responsibilities
- Implement and refine PLC software in TIA Portal
- Build and update HMI screens for operators and maintenance
- Integrate drives, safety PLC signals and third-party devices
- Prepare FAT scripts and support customer acceptance tests
- Produce concise software documentation for handover

TIA PortalPROFINETFAT / SATSTEP 7
Preferred qualifications
- Hands-on experience with S7-1500 and Safety Integrated
- Previous packaging or assembly machine projects
- German language skills for on-site coordination
